WHY MILWAUKEE MOVEMENT?
Utilizing movement science as the foundation of our practice makes Milwaukee Movement unlike other training facilities. Every individual has movement patterns unique to the way that they train and perform daily tasks. It is our goal to incorporate those details into your care plan as we work to optimize movement efficiency, enhance performance, and improve recovery.

FOUNDER AND OWNER
Rhianna Wienss is the owner and founder of Milwaukee Movement. She is a 2020 graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin’s Master of Athletic Training program. In the summer of 2019, Rhianna completed an athletic training internship with the Houston Texans providing preseason care. In the fall of 2019 through the spring of 2020, Rhianna had the opportunity to intern with the Milwaukee Wave Professional Indoor Soccer team providing treatment to athletes on and off the field. Since opening Milwaukee Movement, Rhianna has developed numerous professional soccer athletes helping them to achieve their goals of representing Team USA on the Men’s National Futsal team. Rhianna is the current strength and conditioning coach for FC Milwaukee Torrent, and was a member of the 2021 Conference and NISA Independent Cup Champion coaching staff.
She enjoys working with athletes of all ages and is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their performance journey. Rhianna’s dedication to performance healthcare is evident outside of work as she is constantly seeking out new opportunities to be challenged in exercise- specifically HIIT training and half marathons!
It is my goal to personally know every individual that walks through the door. I want to understand where each person is at in their performance journey, meet them there, and walk alongside them as they improve their movement efficiency. It is my hope that individuals leave empowered to advance the way they move with a plan specific to their goals.
