WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT:
Where do I schedule my appointment?- Click the link above where you will be taken to our online booking page.
- If this is your first time, and you are being seen for an existing injury you will schedule an initial appointment.
- If you are a returning patient you will schedule sports medicine therapy and rehabilitation.
- Clothes that you would wear to work out.
- If coming for an initial appointment please have your form of payment available.
- For an initial appointment, we plan for 2 hours to not only receive the assessment but your first round of treatment.
- For a follow-up or training you can plan for this to take an hour.
- Yes, all payments will be required.
- Typically we do not accept insurance plans, however, if your insurance plans include alternative care your receipt of payment can be applied towards that.
- We do accept HSA forms of payment.
- All checks are to be made out to MKE MVMT
- Check for a “Welcome Email” from Fusionetics, our injury prevention platform.
- Create your login information.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING SESSION?
What do I wear?- We work hard so you or your athlete can plan to wear shorts and a t-shirt or whatever you would wear to train typically at practice.
- You can either wear gym/ tennis shoes or indoor/ futsal flats. NO cleats needed.
- Please bring a water bottle as we do not have a water fountain to get a drink from.
- We provide everything you need for your training, so you do not need to bring any additional equipment such as a basketball, soccer ball, glove and baseball / softball unless instructed to do so.
- By clicking our schedule link you can sign up to train individually by booking a private sports performance session.
- To join a group, email info@mkemvmt.com for available dates and times.
