New Here? Let’s Get Started

A comprehensive opportunity for both you, the patient, and me, the healthcare professional to delve deeply into your health concerns and treatment options. Through a thorough review of the patient’s medical history, a detailed head-to-toe injury examination, discussion of symptoms and other pain points you may be experiencing, I take a holistic approach to discovering what is truly at the root cause of your pain.

There will be ample time to go over any questions you may have, explain and educate the patient on diagnostic findings, and collaborate on a personalized care plan. Ultimately, I want to create time and space for this extended interaction because I know that it has the power to enhance patient-provider relationships, improve health outcomes, and ensure you, the patient, feel heard and well informed of your health journey.

Transformations That Inspire:

"She gave me hope when I didn't know what else to do."

Real Client Wins

My Transformation

Maybe you had an injury that never truly healed. Now, years later, it feels like your only choice is to live with the pain and let it quietly shape your days.

Or maybe you’ve been passed from one provider to the next…
  • You’ve had the scans and the imaging.
  • You’ve spent months in physical therapy.
  •  You’ve tried one treatment after another.
And yet—relief still feels out of reach. Hope feels far away.

That’s where I found myself at just 16 years old. Far too young to carry the weight of chronic pain and lifelong injury diagnoses.

I poured my energy into both traditional and alternative treatments, searching for answers. But years later, I was still left empty-handed, exhausted, and hopeless. The breaking point came when a doctor told me: “Maybe your pain isn’t real. Maybe it’s just in your head.”

Hearing that was devastating. It was the moment I almost gave up.

My Transformation

  • Countless visits with orthopedic doctors
  • Weekly chiropractic adjustments
  • Consults with my high school athletic trainer
  • X-rays and an MRI
  • 9 months of physical therapy (until insurance stopped covering, because there was no “progress”)
  • Pain medication every single day
  • Constant swelling in my knees
  • Walking with a limp
  • Ice packs every night for 3 years
  • Forced to quit club volleyball and running
  • Told: “You should never run more than a mile.”
  • Strict shoes, strict diet changes, endless supplements…
By the time I entered college, I had accepted “pain management” as my reality. I still moved—running short distances and doing bodyweight exercises—to protect my mental health, but my pain was always there, lingering between a 2/10 and 7/10.

Everything I Tried

My Transformation

After 5 years of pain, I finally met a clinician who changed my life.
In just three appointments, I went from living in constant pain to feeling… nothing. Complete relief.

At the same time, I was in school studying to become an athletic trainer. That moment gave me my mission:
  • Never give up on a patient.
  • Look beyond masking symptoms—address the root cause.
  • Believe in every person’s potential for a pain-free life.

The Turning Point

My Transformation

My Transformation

My journey shapes the way I now show up for the patients I care for. So many of my patients arrive feeling like I once did—tired, frustrated, and afraid there’s no way forward.

Here’s what I promise them:
  • Gentle encouragement and genuine hope
  • A safe space to be heard and believed
  • A treatment plan that keeps going when others have stopped
  • A cheerleader at every single session
  • A partner who won’t give up—ever
  • Because someone stood in the gap for me, I now get to be that person for them. I show up with an enthusiastic smile, a caring heart, and the belief that their story can look different, too.

How. I Care For My Patients

My Transformation

Because I didn’t give up—and because someone believed in me—life at 28 looks far different than it did at 16:
  • Said goodbye to chronic pain at age 21
  • Back to running: 1 marathon, a 25k, 4 half marathons, and counting…
  • Free to exercise without limits
  • No more ice packs, medications, or diet restrictions
  • I wear any shoes I love (finally!)
  • I kneel pain-free with my athletes every single day

Where I am Now

Pain does not get to have the last word.
 Your body deserves care.
You deserve to move freely and live with confidence.
It’s my goal to educate & equip you with the tools you need to heal and thrive. I want you to be able to become independent and do more of what you love.

Let’s Begin Together
I believe in your healing, even if you don’t—yet.
I’m already cheering for you, and I can’t wait to meet you with a smile.
