Rhianna Wienss is the owner and founder of Milwaukee Movement and full time head athletic trainer. She is a 2020 graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin’s Master of Athletic Training program. In 2019, Rhianna was a part of the Houston Texans sports medicine summer intern staff as an athletic trainer in the NFL where she provided preseason care. In the fall of 2019 through the spring of 2020, Rhianna interned with the Milwaukee Wave Professional Indoor Soccer team alongside their athletic training staff, providing treatment to athletes on and off the field.
Since opening Milwaukee Movement in 2020, Rhianna has become one of few licensed Fusionetics providers in the state of Wisconsin which allows her to offer an exclusive service utilized in professional sports to her patients and athletes. Rhianna has developed numerous professional soccer athletes helping them to achieve their goals of representing Team USA on the Men’s National Futsal team. For two seasons, Rhianna was the strength and conditioning coach for FC Milwaukee Torrent, and was a member of the 2021 Conference and NISA Independent Cup Champion coaching staff. In August 2022, she was welcomed by Orlando City Youth Soccer- Seminole, to provide injury prevention and sport performance training to the athletes involved in the club. On a daily basis, our female athletic trainer works with a variety of local athletes in the community partnering with them to become confident and successful in their athletic abilities.
Aside from developing the athletic population, she is continuing to develop in her role as a successful, female entrepreneur to better the athletic training profession in becoming recognized in health care. Rhianna is passionate about empowering young women entrepreneurs as she recognizes opportunities for advancement in this realm. Rhianna’s dedication to performance healthcare is evident outside of work as she is constantly seeking out new opportunities to be challenged in exercise- specifically HIIT training and half marathons!
